Utility Bill Scanner (“the App”) helps you scan Pakistan utility bill barcodes and QR codes and export extracted entries to Excel on your device. This policy explains what data is processed and how advertising works.
The App supports gas (SNGPL-format) and electricity payment codes. It is not a general QR/barcode scanner. Independent tool — not affiliated with SNGPL, PESCO, or any utility company.

The App shows banner ads and an app-open ad via Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device and advertising identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data to serve, personalize (where allowed), and measure ads.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required before ads are requested. You may change ad privacy choices from the in-app privacy options entry (when shown) and from Android Settings → Google → Ads.
